Identify new potential competitive suppliers in Asia able to supply several chemicals like Phosphates, Stearic Acid, Titandioxid, Trioctylphosphine oxide, Zinksulfat Monohydrat & others.

Suppliers must be manufacturers & Provide consistent and competitive global pricing.

Must be certified with REACH, Kosher, able to provide COA, Labelling compliant with Globally Harmonized System (GHS)-

Suppliers able to offer delivered price at the destination Country will be given preference.
Approach

The first step was to develop a comprehensive understanding of the product requirements, spend analysis, Collection of technicial data & project framing.

Intelligic Sourcing covered end to end sourcing process from building extensive supplier database, running pre-screening & RFP process to filter the most capable suppliers, Analyze supplier responses, Ranking the supplier, Calculate fully delivered price (logistics, import duties, ADT,..), Recommend suppliers for Sampling or Audit based on the Company profiles, Capability & Capacity able to fulfil the client requirement.
Result
Potential suppliers were identified in Asia for each category able to fulfil the client target price & compliant with the mandatory certification. Shortlisted suppliers had warehouse at the client destination Country or they were willing to offer delivered price.
The project helped Client to have sufficient stock available locally partnering with international compliant supplier.
